Bunker Work on 4

4's Left Front Greenside Bunker

Today we started the bunker repair and removal process on hole number 4.  The problematic front left bunker that has always sloped towards the green was reshaped and leveled - finishing work will be done tomorrow.

Work Begins on the Bunker

The work included removal of the "hump" from back when the sand pro use to be used and the sand build up from the exiting of the unit.  Additionally, we had to expand the bunker thus further removing the build up of sand from the sand pro as well.

Reshaped and Hump Removed -- Now Working on Leveling

After removing the sand it was place into the back greenside bunker on 4 as part of the removal process of that bunker per the design changes that were suggested and approved.

Filling In Getting Ready for Reshape -- Grass Chunks Will Be Removed

When all is said and done ... hopefully by tomorrow, these areas will be more playable and enjoyable to our members.  The next hole we will be working will be hole 2.  All these areas and bunkers will be roped and considered GUR until the ropes are removed.
